What happens
Use the Brook Street entrance, go upstairs and ring the doorbell. Reception will handle entry discreetly.
Membership is required for entry and can be set up when you arrive. Bring valid ID if Challenge 25 may apply.
Tell staff it is your first visit if you want a quick explanation of the venue, rooms, films, shop or shows.
Your pace
First visits can be quiet, curious or practical. You can watch films, use private rooms, browse the shop, see live entertainment, have a drink, or simply get familiar with the venue.
There is no pressure to take part in anything. Respect and boundaries apply throughout the building.
Arriving alone is normal.
Reception is straightforward and private.
Use only the parts you want.
